K9 Rescue - Volunteer Information

Interested in helping us save a dog's life?   K9 is run solely by dedicated volunteers - if you live locally and you'd like to join the team, please give us a call and come along to one of our Volunteer Induction Days.    

Why not register as a volunteer?    

 
We desperately need helpers with our fund raising and cleaning - if you can spare a few hours over a week, that would be great! In fact we need volunteers for every aspect of looking after the dogs, from feeding, cleaning, washing to office work where you can help update the computer or answer the phone. There is something for everyone to do if you can spare a few hours a week.

We also need committed people to come and walk the dogs or play with them so they aren't stuck inside their pens all day.

To become a volunteer you first need to attend one of our Volunteer Induction Days to show you how we do things at K9!
Our Volunteer Induction Days are now by appointment for a more personal hands on experience to suit your timetable.  All Induction days are held at the K9 kennels, 58 Sunshine Place, Nambeelup Park, Mandurah.
