You can contact us by phone, fax, email or "snail" mail. Please be aware that the email and website are not maintained at the kennels, so while email is suitable for general enquiries, if you would like specific information about any of the dogs, or even to find out if a dog is still available, please do not use email. By calling the kennels you will be able to speak to people who know and handle the dogs on a regular basis. Most of our volunteers can deal with most or your enquiries, but some things need to be referred to the a particular committee member. If you don't see your particular enquiry below, then call anytime!

• Surrendering a dog to K9: Jordan Podmore - Monday or  Wednesday
• Volunteer information:
  Volunteer enquiries can be done by email to k9rescue@southwest.com.au and the details will be sent onto the volunteer coordinator to follow up. 
• Info about any of the dogs for adoption: Any day during opening hours
• A problem with a dog you have already adopted: Any day during opening hours, please have your dog's K9 number so we can locate his or her file.
• A BEHAVIOUR or TRAINING problem with a K9 dog you have adopted: Jordan Podmore - Monday or Wednesday, or send us an email or contact our dog behaviourist Eric Crozier on 0418 945 404.
• General enquiries and information: Any day during opening hours.
• Non-urgent queries or problems about a K9 dog you have adopted - please give us your dog's K9 number so we can locate his or her file
• Photos of your K9 dog for our notice-board or our Success Stories section of the web site - we LOVE to get these!
• A behaviour or training problem with a K9 dog you have adopted - please give us your dog's K9 number so we can locate his or her file
